Privacy

The short version: we read your company page, and once you connect your own LinkedIn we read the posts you write there too. Disconnecting stops it.

What we collect

• Your account details — name, email, and the organisation you belong to.
• Posts published by the company page your organisation connects.
• Your own posts, once you have connected your own LinkedIn.
• Engagement figures for content amplified through the product — impressions, likes, comments.

What we never collect

• Passwords for any social account. Connections are made through the network’s own authorisation flow; credentials never reach us.
• Your timeline, your messages, or your connections. Only posts you authored.
• Anything from an employee who has not connected their account.

Stopping collection

Connecting your LinkedIn account is what starts it, and disconnecting it on your My Setup page is what stops it. There is no separate switch: while an account is connected, the posts you write are read into your team’s feed and colleagues can re-share them.

Disconnecting stops any further collection. To have what was already collected deleted, ask an admin or write to us from the contact page.

Who can see your data

Each organisation is a separate workspace. Row-level security in the database keeps one company’s content out of another’s, and that boundary is enforced below the application rather than by it.

Deleting your account

Ask an admin in your organisation, or write to us from the contact page. Deletion removes your profile, your drafts, and the posts collected from your account.
